C&O's Vape Co.
We are Charlie (Big Brother) and Ollie (Little Brother) we initially began exploring the idea
of opening a Vape shop in 2016 and contacted Vape and Juice after noticing a franchise
opportunity link on their website. After several months of discussion we secured a location
and opened our first vape shop on Canvey Island in January 2017.
It was a roaring success and we found our feet very quickly. From day one we have sold
an extensive range of 50/50 eliquid, high VG juice, starter kits, sub ohm kits, mods, tanks
and accessories. We have also put a lot of effort in to get to know our customers and offer
the best advice and service we possibly can.
Fairly soon after opening Vape and Juice Canvey we began exploring the idea of opening
a second shop and in January 2018 we opened Vape and Juice South Woodham Ferrers.
Amazingly this venture was just as successful as our Canvey Island store. It was hard
work, we worked for about 7 months without a day off so that we could continue to see and
serve our Canvey Island customers and also build relationships and get to know our new
customers in South Woodham Ferrers.
In the Summer of 2020 the opportunity presented itself for us to buy out of our franchise
agreements in order to operate as an entirely independent company and we jumped at the
chance. After what felt like an eternity of legal process getting the leases of our shops
signed over to us the deal was finally completed in October 2020 and C&O’s Vape Co. was
born.
We are so excited to have complete control over what are now C&O’s Vape Co. Canvey
Island and C&O’s Vape Co. South Woodham Ferrers. We have had such fun creating a
new brand, designing posters, introducing a new loyalty card scheme, redesigning our till,
sorting out all of our pricing and making our whole business feel more cohesive, more
independent and more representative of us.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds for C&O’s and we are expecting many more
years running both C&O’s Vape Co. Canvey Island and C&O’s Vape Co. South Woodham
Ferrers. We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our customers, many of whom have been shopping in our stores since the first day of opening. This business
depends on people supporting local business and we hope that we have kept up and
continue to keep up our end of the bargain by offering the vintage style of customer
service that you rarely find in shops these days.

OUR ETHOS
‘Vintage Customer Service’
We know that walking into a vape shop can be intimidating. The perception that we have
of a stereotypical vape shop is a foggy shop with misted up windows, someone behind the
counter blowing out big clouds of vapour. We like to do things a little differently and make
our shop welcoming, inviting and friendly for everyone.
Our ethos is to offer the best advice to help people to quit smoking. We would never try
and sell someone the most expensive cloud chasing vape kit just to try and earn a quick
buck. We would much rather sell someone a more inexpensive device that from our
experience we can honestly say will give someone the best chance of quitting smoking in
the hope that they will be successful and therefore enjoy coming to our vape shop time and time again.

Our goal is to create an environment that can be enjoyed whether you are in your 20’s or
80’s with the main aim of offering a vintage customer service experience.
